Course Description

This course introduces students to questions about the art (or arts) or
argument, and gives them the tools they need to better evaluate, think
about and make arguments. The course sees argument as a social
practice that exists cross-culturally, and draws upon a wide array of
sources to explore the complexities of the human search for agreement
and truth.
